We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Francis was wonderful with the communication and even went above and beyond and mail a few items the kids left behind. It is the perfect location and exactly what we were looking for family/kid friendly plus close to the beach. A well-appointed kitchen and with a great setup for eating dinner in the backyard and sitting around the fire pit telling stories! We can't wait to make it an annual trip! Thank you.

This trip was just what we needed. And this house was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The pictures do not do this house justice; it’s much bigger & nicer. Francis was very easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great week in Empire! The house is right across the street from Joes Friendly Tavern and walking distance to Empire Beach (unbelievable sunsets). I’ve been vacationing at Glen Lake my whole life but this was my first time staying in Empire and it was a nice quiet change of pace. The house itself was clean and spacious and was stocked with everything you could need.

The house was the perfect place to enjoy the town and surrounding areas. Walk to the beach was such a nice bonus! Francis was a friendly and helpful host. Great stay all around!

We will be back. The house was well-maintained, clean and full of the things you need to have a good time. I loved the backyard, wildlife and general location. EMPIRE is a beautiful little town and we are glad we discovered it here.

We had a group of 5 adults and 3 kids and the house had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, spread out and relax. You can't beat the location! The beach is such a quick walk, which is where we spent every afternoon, and even walked back at night because it was so close to watch four nights of spectacular sunsets. Location is prime for all adventures in the Sleeping Bear Dunes. We would definitely stay again!

Host was very accommodating! It was walking distance to the beach, you could hear the lake from the house. Location was perfect drive to the many towns we visited. House was perfect size for our family and two dogs and was well stocked. We could definitely stay here again.

Incredible property with everything you need! Lots of beds, well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, fenced in back yard, fire pit, BBQ Grill…. What’s not to love?
Located in the heart of Empire, MI right on the lake shore. Lake Michigan is a quick walk or even quicker drive away. Sleeping Bear Dunes is right around the corner. Close enough to Traverse City to be convenient, but far enough away to get away from the traffic and hustle and bustle. Also, if the sky is clear, there are A LOT of stars!
Easy to reserve, and great communication from the Property Manager. Highly recommended!
