Host is very attentive, responding quickly to any questions. Booking through vrbo for the first time we didn't know what to expect, but everything turned out fine.

Great property in a great location. Very quiet no golfers in your back yard. Owners are awesome to deal with and very attentive

Julia and her home are always excellent very quiet neighborhood everything you could possibly need don’t hesitate.

First of all the owner/property manager, Julia, is outstanding. From the time we reserved the house til after departure she was always there to help. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and she, and her willingness to help was the BEST EVER for us. The listing pictures don’t depict as well as they should…my wife remarked many times how it was better than the pictures. We’ve had experiences where the homes weren’t close to the pictures! We both feel what made this home so great was all the little things, from all the soaps and cleaning supplies to overstocked shelves of dinnerware to drawers full of kitchen utensils to even a “junk drawer” with a few tools and extra batteries. All of the spices and salt, pepper and sugar were there. Coffee even available. And more baking bowls and stuff than we could use. The office had a laser printer, a keyboard and mouse, a screen and even extra stuff like stapler, tape, pens and paper for the printer. Even an extra cartridge for the printer was there. The Casita was a great feature, when our kids visited we moved in there and it was great spot for g-ma and g-pa to be! We would rent this place again and again and again, but, bummer, someone else already snapped it up for our next trip to the Desert. If our next rental will be 90% as good as Julia’s home, we’ll be happy. Bottom line, if you are reviewing this home and it is available for the dates you want, reserve it before someone else does. And, our Dog loved it too. Good old Julia asked about him nearly every time she called or texted. What a thoughtful owner.
