This property was perfect for our family of four. The condo has everything you need to make your stay easy and convenient.
Surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom condo. Great views from all windows which can open for that nice ocean breeze that are also equipped with shades and blackout curtains. All the furniture, kitchen and appliances were very clean and in great working order.
The unit has three different entry/exit points to Sandyland Rd, the beach, and Ash ave which we loved as well.
We've stayed in numerous rentals around the area and this has turned out to be one of our favorites. Bill was very prompt with any questions we had and couldn't be more accommodating. FIVE STARS!

We love this beach front condo. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Perfect for small family and has beautiful outside patio space for hanging out, having meals and fun. Walking distance to town. A perfect beach getaway.

We stay at a lot of beach rentals and this is definitely one of the nicest ever. The bed and furniture are clean and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful touches like black out curtains over the blinds, a well stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer with detergent.
The location is also perfect. The small deck looks out directly to the ocean and you get the same view from inside. From the dining table you can see the mountains and the ocean. It's spectacular and peaceful at the same time.
We definitely want to return. My family members saw the place and intend to rent it themselves.

We loved the location and accommodations. We have many family members that reunite on this beach every summer and rent places all around the area. This was a great find. Communication with Bill was great and he was flexible with our timing. Our family appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

This cottage was roomy, perfect for a week with great ocean views and a few steps to the sand. Very clean and décor was point on. I have stayed in Carp for years but never knew about this little gem. We've already booked for next Spring. Shhhh.... I'm keeping this little gem all to myself :)

We enjoyed our 10-night stay at this property. We had lots of beach time, and made convenient day-trips to Santa Barbara, Ojai, and Solvang, as well as browsing around Carp, which is a very nice quiet beach town. The unit was well-equipped with functional cooking supplies, Hosts were friendly and responsive and the neighbor we met was very nice as well.

This is a Great property for easy access to the beach and walking distance to so much that Carpinteria has to offer. The home is well cared for, clean and cozy. The property manager is a delight to work with, quickly responding to questions and very personable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

It’s nice to find all the little things you need: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, bottled water, in sink filter, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, aluminum foil cling wrap, Tupperware, sponges, scouring pad, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, patio furniture w/cushions etc. and steps from the sand

Amazing location, super clean, great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again! You can look out one door and see the ocean, look out the other door and you can see the mountains. Absolutely breathtaking!

The entire process was lovely from beginning to end. The owner even picked up up at the train station and took us to the grocery store. Above and beyond!

Newly, very well renovated. Great kitchen, upscale furnishings, very well equipped. Fantastic location. Everything you could possibly need: beach chairs, boogie board, extra TP, and tar remover at every door. So comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Hope to return again!

Blissful stay
My husband and I lived in Carp and SB twenty years ago and were looking for an anniversary visit with our kids. Bill and Lauren were excellent hosts and their cottage was just the perfect home base for our trip. You can’t beat the location and the place itself is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities.

perfect location for a nice beach getaway for 2. Condo was freshly remodeled and clean. Had wonderful sitting areas to enjoy the beauty of the beach and the mountains. just steps from the livingroom slider to the ocean. Wonderful area to walk the beach. Lots of great places to eat withing walking distance. Owners Bill and Lauren were very easy to work with. We would love to come back for another stay!

The condo was steps from the ocean, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with updated finishes, all of the best appliances, cookware, kitchenware, beach chairs, toys, etc. for a great week at the beach.
It was perfect for our family of four. We loved staying in this quiet beach front community. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and the location adjacent to the State Beach access felt completely safe.
The hosts were wonderful and available for any questions during our stay.
