We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert this weekend and had a great experience! Great location for walking to Hyde Park restaurants and easy access to get downtown! We loved this charming home!

We can into town for the blast and had a blast. The rental is very close to downtown area as was very close to shopping and dining.

Big Red was the perfect size and layout for grandparents with 2 small grandchildren, and our mid sized dog. The living room, dining room and bedrooms are spacious. The upstairs neighbors are great. Furnishings, decor and linens are thoughtfully designed.
Just a few comments, to prepare future renters: the bathroom fixtures and tiles are quite worn. The tub stopper wouldn’t allow us to fill a bath for the kids.
It has been many years since I have done dishes by hand. But the kitchen is well stocked to meal prep.
The home has a shared laundry in the basement. When the upstairs residents come down from the 2nd floor to the basement or back yard, it is very loud for anyone in the back bedroom. They come down frequently, as they have 2 dogs.
Also, the street parking could be busy at times. The owner has provided access to just about every streaming service you can think of. We all enjoyed the viewing variety, when we were in the home. Thank you Todd for making your lower level duplex available!

Everything was just what we needed, it was good. The main problem was that the spare sheets were stored damp/wet. We put them on the pull out couch and they smelled so sour. Luckily we had a top sheet from my sister in the area and were able To cover the mattress with that

This older well maintained house rental is a lower flat, it's in the perfect location for Cincinnati visitors. Within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors and near to a Whole Foods and Kroger. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for at least 6 people. Street parking but over 7 nights we never had an issue finding a close spot. Mom and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Just a note - since this is lower level rental there is a family with children and dogs that lives upstairs. We did hear some having fun noises during the day; but there was never any issue in the evening or during the night. HIghly recommended!

Great location, with shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was very clean, and had everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable. Seating in living room and beds were very comfortable. Loved the way the owner has decorated the apartment.

Our trip to Cincinnati included a family weekend before we moved our daughter into the freshman dorms at UC. The home couldn’t have been more perfect for such an occasion. The house was so charming and perfectly fit our needs. The location was perfect. Less than a mile to lots of eateries and shopping and only 4 miles to University of Cincinnati. We will definitely be back to stay here when we come to visit our daughter. 5 star rating!!!

Loved our time in Hyde Park. Location is perfect for walking to Graeters and Whole Foods. Very comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location with park across the street.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed. We appreciated the beautiful craftsmanship inside the house.
This is a pet friendly house and it was wonderful to have a fenced backyard, and a small park across the street. Hyde Park Square is a short walk away. We enjoyed the Awakenings Coffee shop each morning and the Love, Peace, and Little Donut Shop. Lots of restaurants and shops in Hyde Park Square as well as the farmers market on Sunday morning.
We would definitely book again.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The great features in this older home have been preserved and made/kept beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with and if we ever travel back to Cincinnati again for a fun trip like this I hope this place is available. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend more of it eating/drinking in the Hyde Park area, which looked to have loads of intriguing bars and restaurants that we'll have to visit next time we're here!

Beautiful location and house. Easy walking to local shops, restaurants and farmers market. Quiet neighborhood. Easy driving to Xavier and Zoo. Loved our stay and would stay again!

Lovely stay and location
This is a great first floor rental of an older home in a walkable neighborhood. Very comfortable and spacious.
Hyde Park square is just four blocks away and Rookwood shops are down the street!

Todd’s place was the perfect option for us. The listing was exactly what was expected. The home was very comfortable and we felt very much at home. Todd was an excellent host and was extremely communicative and understanding of our individual situation. Overall if we come to Cinci again, we would definitely stay here. Great place to bring the family to!
