The quietness, cleanliness, and privacy. Loved that I had access to everything
Little tiny flies in the bathroom

The area is very quiet.
The property is the perfect size for a single person or a couple. It’s small but has everything you need.

It was the perfect location for the purpose of our stay. Very clean and comfortable. And parking, which for Hollywood, a lot of places don’t have free parking.5 miles from the beaches, and Hard Rock casino. Price was great! I highly recommend.
I think the only thing I didn’t like would be the bathroom only had a shower and not a tub/shower. But it wasn’t that big of a deal.

the distance from everything was great! the staff was great on directions on getting into the apartment.
the property kinda seemed not in the greatest nieghborhood, the microwave and range had rust on it, the shower floor seemed dirty. i was up and down constant checking on things. i did not see a smoke alarm at all. the bathroom is like a closet size. this would be good for a single person but no more than that.
