From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. A very special thank you to Riaan, who went above and beyond to assist us and made sure that everything was perfect throughout our stay. His friendly attitude, attention to detail and willingness to help truly made our experience extra special.
The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service was excellent. We felt incredibly welcome and well looked after.
Thank you, Riaan, for making sure everything was great. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Grafiti Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in Bela Bela! 👏✨
One small point of constructive feedback: we did notice that one of the trainee staff members was wearing slippers while attending to customers. We felt that this did not quite reflect the otherwise professional standard and image of such a beautiful boutique hotel. Perhaps a more professional dress standard for staff attending to guests would complete the excellent overall experience.
