O casa foarte frumoasa, piscina perfecta si privelistea de vis!! Proprietarul este super de treaba si te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie. Nu lipseste nimic, de aceea ne am simtit ca acasa🤗

Amazing location

The house is practically new, very spacious, with a large living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. One of the bathrooms is connected to a bedroom and separated from the rest of the house, which is very convenient, while the other has a washing machine. The large sliding windows in each bedroom and in the living room offer a stunning view of Amousso Bay. There is a large terrace with a table, umbrellas, sun loungers, and a swimming pool (quite big, clean, and well maintained). It’s easy to sunbathe on the terrace while enjoying the pool. Each room has air conditioning and convenient sliding mosquito screens on the windows, but the house is built from light-colored stone, so it doesn’t heat up much — when we stayed in August, we barely needed to use the air conditioning. You can drive right up to each villa and park your car next to it. The property is located about 15 minutes by car from Vasiliki (with many restaurants, shops, and windsurfing schools), and only 8 minutes from a good supermarket and a nice restaurant in Marantochori. Within walking distance, there is a small wild beach, Lagkadaki Beach (about a 10-minute walk from the villa), and a larger beach with sun loungers and a good restaurant, Ammoussa Beach. They may not be the most spectacular beaches compared to others on Lefkada, but they are within walking distance. The contact with the owner is excellent — he is always available on WhatsApp and offers great tips on where to go to see interesting places.

The access road is narrow and winding, and sometimes you need to stop to let other cars pass (but that’s common in many places on Lefkada). Right by Villa No. 3 there isn’t much space to turn the car around comfortably, so we parked further down. About 50 meters from Villa number 3, there is a large construction site for something the size of a hotel. In August 2025, construction machines were coming in, and their engines could be heard from around 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. I recommend asking the host if the construction has already been completed. I’m not a builder, but to my eye, it will take at least another year to finish, so it’s worth asking for a lower price until the work is done.
