Solid accommodation with a great price-performance ratio
This accommodation in Paralimni near Kennedy Street provided us with a very pleasant stay in Cyprus. The location is wonderfully quiet, and the apartment itself is surprisingly spacious. The amenities are good and offer everything you need for a comfortable trip. You shouldn't expect a 5-star luxury apartment, but the price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch, and what you get for the money is perfectly fine.
What we didn't like:
The mattresses are very basic, which you might notice if you prefer a bit more sleeping comfort. Additionally, the internet speed is very poor due to an outdated Wi-Fi router. While it works for simple text messages, you can completely forget about video streaming.

Quiet and peaceful location.
Big, spacious apartment.
Fridge and washing machine available, which was very convenient.
Parking available.
Some shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Malama Beach is nearby and absolutely beautiful — definitely a highlight of the stay.
Only 1 of the 3 air conditioners was working properly, which was uncomfortable.
The mattresses were quite uncomfortable.
The pillows were very old and overused and should be replaced.
The apartment could have been cleaner. There was hair from previous guests in several places.
