The stay was awesome! House was very nice and clean! Downtown was just a 10-15 min drive with easy access to the interstate. Just 1 mile down the road on Douglas had everything you need! The only drawback was the train that came through all day, night and early morning! Did’t need an alarm if you wanted up at 5am! Also, there was not that much parking and the garage was very small and could only fit a small compact car if you parked at an angle. Would definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful! Was perfect for what we were looking for. Had a group of girls in town for a bachelorette weekend. The house was great location to downtown just a quick Uber ride away. The house is right next to the train tracks so it can be loud at times in the mornings.

The setup was perfect for the 4 couples that shared the townhouse. Communication was spot on, we arrived early and was able to gain access to the property almost 2 hours early for a small additional charge. Uber/Lyft rides were only 10 minutes most of the time to downtown and most were quite in expensive as well. Overall a great place to stay

Home was clean and presented nicely. Easy commute to attractions. The train tracks were really close to the house. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. Lots of stairs to get to two of the bedrooms and rooftop. Rooftop was awesome!

Overall, great experience, close to everything with good access. Up and coming area. Good layout of condo, but could have used more seating in living area.

We loved this house because of the multiple levels and how each bedroom has its own bathroom. Felt like all the couples still had their own space and not intruding on privacy. Melissa was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Beds weee also comfortable and linens were hotel quality.

We had a great stay at this property. It was a group of 6, 3 moms and 3 young adults. The set up of the house is great for a group this size, the kitchen has a huge island, the beds were super comfy, the rofftop was amazing and the house is located just a quick ride to downtown. The train is by the house but didn't bother us. This is not a house if you don't like to climb stairs, there are plenty of them. The garage was unusually small and a regular SUV didn't fit, not a big deal we just parked outside. Overall a great stay at this property.

These VRBO owners went above and beyond!!! Their willingness to pre decorate for my sisters birthday was something so special. My sister walked in and saw all the decorations and absolutely loved it! Quick response times as well.
Only recommendations - have a binder of "favorites"
Restaurants, bars, things to do, things to see, etc.
Also include wifi password, clean up instructions, emergency contact, etc that way its accessible for all guests.
And having extra plug in fans would be amazing! Always an added bonus.
Only downside is the location. Multiple trains literally running all hours of the day within steps of the VRBO. We also got stuck on the other side of the tracks a few times waiting for the train to finish...or move. One time it was literally stopped for 20 minutes.
I know you can't control the trains but thats literally the only downside.
Overall definitely recommend!

I stayed here with 7 girls and it was the perfect place for 7 of us! It was about a 5 minute drive to downtown with no traffic, 15 minutes with traffic so it was so close but out of the chaos. The only downfall to this place was that it was next to a railway and the train would come consistently every 2 hours in the middle of the night and wake everyone up. Other than that, we loved it and would recommend to anyone!

Property was perfect for family and friends to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday and visit Nashville for the first time. Close to Broadway for Ubers and other local attractions.

We enjoyed staying here and thought it was super clean and decorated so nice! We loved the rooftop and enjoyed our weekend here! The train was the only negative but honestly it wasn’t even that bad!

This place is stunning! Check in was a breeze, as soon as we walked in we could tell the place was just like the listing. Very tidy, tasteful decorating. The owners have thought of everything, fully stocked kitchen, the coffee station was so nice in the morning. If you forgot anything they seemed to have it kickin around! The patio is a sweet spot to lay in the sun and hang out playing games. The beds were so comfy, felt like a big cloud. Lots of space, kitchen island was massive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back

The place is absolutely beautiful, a lot bigger then what the pictures look like, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, Melissa was wonderful and answer all of our questions, everything described was there! We took two vehicles so we can use one for all of us riding, we use Uber all weekend and they showed up within 3min each time very convenient location! Definitely will be staying here again when coming to Nashville!

The property manager was great. She answered questions for us. Very accommodating. Place very clean. Would rent again. Trains are noisy but after the first few you don’t even notice.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and exactly as described. Yes, there were trains and they were close but it wasn’t too disruptive. We actually enjoyed watched them from the rooftop.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained/very clean and the property manager was responsive and courteous. It's is in a great area with up and coming restaurants/breweries/etc. and is only a short uber ride downtown. The proximity of the train tracks were disclosed on the listing and while they are very loud and pass right behind the property, they didnt bother us at all.

The condo is beautiful and clean. We had plenty of space and bathrooms for a girls trip of 9. Huge kitchen island was a great gathering area. The beds, sheets, and comforters were extremely comfortable. The best most of us have slept on in a rental. You have your own rooftop area which is very nice. About a 10 min Uber to Broadway. But the train is very loud and runs rather frequently. The condo is also very close to the tracks.

We loved the townhome, it was very clean and nice. The beds were so comfortable, but the description does not tell you about the train tracks that are less than 20 feet from the complex. The trains runs almost every hour during the day AND night. It is so loud and none of us were able to sleep without interruption. I don’t know how anyone could ever live in that complex.

We loved it here there was 7 of us and it was an amazing time for us all. Everything was exactly as it said. We read the reviews so we knew about the train which is closer than you think but got used to it quickly. The manager is amazing. And easy to contact and gets in touch as soon as you contact her. Absolutely loved this place.

I loved this property for a lot of reasons. There were four king beds with bathrooms attached to each, there was a gorgeous outside area, it was very clean and offered all needed amenities. Beyond the property, the management was also amazing. Check in was very easy and they went above and beyond when we had to leave early due to a storm coming. Highly recommend.

Renting this property was easy and the space was exactly what we expected. Nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We will be back to rent again the next time we are in town.

There were four couples for a long weekend. Check in was as easy as could be. House was amazing. Location fantastic. Mattresses are amazing. Great brewery within walking distance. The rooftop was great too bad it was too cold to enjoy for long. Close to downtown. Every room has its own bathroom. Cant say enough great things about this place. We can’t wait to come back.

Freight trains right out the windows and running constantly. Dragging suitcase up the numerous flights of stairs was hard. Very comfortable beds and roof top awesome

This townhouse was perfect, from top to bottom!!! It’s a short and easy commute to Broadway. It is very clean and had everything that we needed. The beds are comfortable and the rooftop is awesome!! The owner is very nice and communicative. We enjoyed staying here and will be back!!

We loved this property. It was convenient for Uber rides downtown. If you had your own car, there was a spacious garage. The kitchen was well stocked. Even had a basket of snacks for day trips. The bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms. We had 5 adults so we each had our own room. The rooftop was a wonderful place to go and look at the city lights with a drink in hand. Some reviews mentioned the train in close proximity. This did not bother us at all. They provide white noise machines or we used the bathroom fan. I would definitely stay here again. Melissa was very responsive if we had a question.

I am a Nashville local but I was hosting 9 women for my sisters bachelorette party in the city and this was the perfect rental! Super easy UBER from downtown, three second walk from an amazing brewery, and the house itself….. INCREDIBLE! The rooftop was a hit for hanging out and the beds were so darn comfortable. Would definitely rent again for another girls weekend!

We loved this property. Property was very clean and well kept. The rooftop desk is awesome and wish we had used it more. Only downside was the train, but after 1 day we really didn't notice it and it became a conversation starter for all of us. Would recommend this property and I am looking to book personally in the future. Communication with the owners was great.

We loved our stay at this house. It was clean, fully stocked with utensils and plates and cooking supplies. We loved the roof. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. The only downside is it’s located next to a train track, and the trains are quite loud, which is unfortunate when they drive at night/early morning. They weren’t constant enough to ruin the stay. And everything else about the apartment was perfect. But an FYI if you’re a light sleeper.

This condo was absolutely everything we could have asked for! Traveling with 8 girls for a bachelorette, we all had a bed to sleep in (doubled up) plenty of kitchen space, bathrooms, and the rooftop patio was amazing! We didn't even notice the trains that some people have commented on, and we were a 10 min uber to downtown. Melissa was wonderful and fast at responding to any questions during our stay, the place was very clean, beds and bedding are to die for! Thanks for having us, this condo made our trip complete!!
