Everything was as advertised. Loved the rooftop, grill & fire table, only wish the weather had been nicer to enjoy it even more. The kids loved having a TV in every room. Nice amenities were provided - soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. More than many places provide! Location was convenient to many places within 20 minutes drive. Not a walking neighborhood. 2 car garage, but if you have a full size SUV only one vehicle will fit. They do allow one vehicle to park behind garage which nearly all units did so parking got a bit tight at times. Great place for couples, families or groups of 6-8 people. Only minor inconveniences such as a TV remote with dead batteries and minor cleanliness issues such as dust bunnies, stained rugs & towels. Not a good place for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs are quite steep. We would definitely stay again.

Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was awesome, and the toiletries provided were very nice. The location was convenient, but on a busy street and road noise was very loud until around midnight. The sound machines provided were very much appreciated. A few things could be improved - in the primary bedroom, for some weird reason, the overhead light came on in the middle of our first night and twice in the middle of our second night - woke us up each time! There were no hand towels provided in the primary bath, but plenty of bath towels. In the other 3d floor bedroom, the ceiling fan didn't work, there was no blow dryer (we just shared), and the curtains didn't close well enough to block out the bright sunlight, which made it hard for a toddler's nap time. In the first floor bedroom, the TV strangely came on in the middle of one night and woke up our friends. We wish there had been more seating in the den for the 8 adults and 2 toddlers staying there. Three people could sit on the sofa, but the few other seats weren't comfy. The rug in the den was very stained and dirty. The clothes dryer also didn't work well. We washed a small load, ran it through the dryer twice, and finally had to hang the clothes up to dry. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the basics and had everything we needed and more. The coffee and kitchen supplies provided were generous. We couldn't use the rooftop deck because the furniture cushions were soaking wet all weekend.

The Kitchen/Living Room was nice and big with lots of seating. The large island and "coffee station" were perfect for our group of adults. Very well stocked with all the things you need. All the bedrooms have their own bath which made EVERYONE happy. Even the Guys!. The rooftop deck with Fireplace and TV were a perfect place for a nightcap every evening and to relax and visit after a busy day in Nashville. There is a little traffic noise, as one review mentioned, but unless you're ultra sensitive to that, none of us found it to be a problem. The location had easy access to all the main roads leading to everything Nashville. I would highly recommend this VRBO as your home base on your next trip to Nashville! Rikki B

Great location! Not far from downtown Nashville. Newly built, very clean, spacious condo with nice size bedrooms and great walk in closets/storage spaces. Amazing master bedroom with amazing bathroom and walk in closet in master. Living room open to kitchen with lots of space, large island for eating area. Very comfortable mattresses throughout. Look forward to renting this condo in the future!

Our stay at the condo at 4309 Gallitan Pike was very nice. The accommodations were great, the beds were all comfortable and the facility was clean. The location was great for getting into and out of Nashville easily and in a relatively short time. I would suggest that when you have 11 people staying for five days that you provide adequate paper products. We ran out of paper toweling and needed more toilet paper. It would also be helpful to have the check out information printed and placed somewhere in the condo to make it easier to know what is expected at check out. I would highly recommend this location for a Nashville adventure.

Rental was well appointed and roomy. Very nice having separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Perfect for a girls trip! The condo just needs a little TLC. A half day of deep cleaning -- ceiling fans, baseboards, touch up paint -- would make it feel brand new and worth the price! When I pay this much, I expect luxury, and cleanliness is a part of that. The remote in the 2nd level bedroom was not working, FYI. :)

The home was very nice although we would not stay there again due to the road noise. It is located close to a very busy road and there were many emergency vehicles that went by with the sirens blaring. Needless to say, we did not sleep very well.
