Это не отель, это место для ночных пикников, которое продают как отель. Место не подходит для проживания. Постоянно шум от компаний. Отсутствие какой либо уборки Отсутствие какого либо сервиса, персонал не реагирует на пожелания и просьбы. Место выбрал выгружено, так как на этом острове больше жить негде, а мне нужно было жить именно здесь. Оплата была заранее и сменить место не было возможности.

The accessibiliy that you can just glamp in the city. The buggy drivers are very helpful in loading and unloading your luggages from the reception to our chalet. We were a huge group (two families) and they were courteous and patient. We liked that we can lounge and celebrate with our own cooked food at the patio of the chalet with the family by the pool that the children can enjoy be supervised. Breakfast is decent.

Be careful of other guests. We have booked two chalets and two wave tents. The wave tents were zipped up and closed but when it is time for bed, upon opening the tent, it was such a mess! You can see that the bed was used and sand was all over the bed and floor. We had informed the front desk as it was late at night and they said they will check the CCTV and investigate who went in it. However, it was just to pacify us as there are no CCTV near our tents. We followed up the next morning and told them that those guests or whoever it was should be accountable as they were all ladies, and what if someone open their zipped tents while they were sleeping. Because they were already afraid to sleep there, my male cousin ended up sleeping alone in one of the wave tents and we requested for a refund for the other one. Good thing that the supervisor met halfway with us but initially they insisted that they will just clean them. In the morning, my male cousin complained because their staff was calling outside the tent to open it at 4am! He was pissed to learn that the staff was just asking if the fan we brought with us is ours! It was actually our third time staying there but not sure now if we will return. The positive thing about it is they indeed refunded the tent that we ended up not using.

Nice resort directly on the beach, vilas with small private pool, good equiped. Very good breakfast. Perfect servise.

الازعاج، كان هناك حفل والاصوات جدا عاليه لم نستطع النوم انا واطفالي والحفل كان لوقت متأخر من الليل ،، اتمنى في المرات القادمه يتم ابلاغنا قبل اتمام الحجز في حال وجود اي حفلات في الفندق

المكان جميل والخدمات مره جميله واعطيها تقييم 100% وكل طاقم العمل ممتازين ومحترمين ومتعاونين جداً جداً ،، وباذن الله راح أرجع له ،، وبصراحه نصحت كل اصدقائي واقاربي بأنهم يروحون لباب النجوم (: . ولكن اشوف الاسعار غالية شوي ياليت يكون فيه خصم لاني راح ارجع له المرات الجاية
