The property is lovely and in a really great location, the rooms are extremely spacious, the staff is courteous and helpful, and they provide free coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water throughout your stay.
Nothing!

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Centro in Merida. We slept great on the comfy beds, and enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. The pool was an amazing oasis to cool off during the hot days. The staff and management were super nice. Overall, this was excellent across the board.
The shower setup was a little weird, as anything in the shower area would easily get wet. We had to leave clothes in the entryway. This wasn't an issue for us, but it would be awkward for people who are shy about showing their naked bodies to each other. Also, the door stopper is kind of in the middle of the floor when the door is closed. I nailed my toe into it when walking over to the sink. But no harm no foul.
