Kelly made the whole process super easy. Great property, updated and clean with nice amenities

Very conveniently and centrally located to shops and restaurants. Very nice community.

This was the perfect place for us as a family of four! We were visiting friends nearby, and this was our own space to relax. With 3 bedrooms, the kids each had their own room and all the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms had ample counter space and the showers were fantastic. We had plenty of closet space for our clothes (I'm an unpacker) and to store our luggage. We were mostly out and about, but one night we hung out in the living room and we all had our space to lounge out and relax. The kitchen is full of supplies, which was helpful when I was wrapping up sandwiches for the beach. All the amenities like laundry room, powder room, etc. were great and made us feel at home. Kelly's restaurant recommendations were spot on. We had dinner at Noble Crust when we arrived and breakfast at First Watch later on (both in Wesley Chapel) and the food was amazing! We also ate at Armature Works in Tampa, which we loved. Communication was great. We reached out to Kelly before the trip and she sent us a list of local recommendations. Check in and check out were so easy that I reached out to Kelly again to make sure I wasn't missing something and she was quick to respond. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here the next time we travel to the area.

This house was perfect for our trip. Easy check in, very clean, great location. Everything in the house was as described. All personal care amenities were top notch and really added to the experience. Host was very responsive as well.
