Only the manager was nice and helpful

Room is congested No towels in restroom Bed had a plastic mattress still not removed No drinking water facility It was given in a kettle Cupboard was locked TV wasnt working

The bathroom was messy and the camode was broken. There were stains on the bedsheet

Great Location with tremendous view of tea garden. About 1.5KM from city centre. Very helpful and nice staff. We were family with kids. Clean, lawn area for kids, Overall an amazing buy.

Nothing, we were looking for Off crowded location without going far from the city and this one got it right. One thing, TV were not working in the room.

I didn't like the behavior of the owner. He was very rude and arrogant. When we reached ooty I called the property owner and he asked me to come to property and confirmed that his property is vacant. So we moved to this property location. The road to this property is very bad. Most of the roads are muddy and with lot of potholes. At most the places there wasn't even a tarred road. But when we reached there and called owner he made us wait for another one hour. Finally when he reached at property he said that we can't stay there as we are bachelors.But nowhere in the add he mentioned that bachelors are not allowed. He was even hesitant to give us an explanation Also the customer care where not supportive they just asked literally to cut the phone and go... I cannot use the literal words as it was kind of unparlement and I don't want to showcase it... Overall our trip was a disaster and stress full just because we went with booking. Com and the this property I hope booking. Com should seriesoly consider hiring some one who at least is well mannered, educated and well behaved Mostly commonsense

The ambiance and the location, Mr. Ameer is a very good host, rooms are clean and adequate

Price was bit high

We liked the background and garden in the morning
