overall i got beyond my expectation staff was very helpful, specially Mr ILYAZ in front office he was very much kind & helpful he is very professional in his work on arrival within minutes he arranged the room as my children were tired they cannot wait for long. i was expecting at least 30 minutes to allot the room but ilyaz made it so fast we were happy. your security staff is also very kind in arranging us Taxi all the times, even they used to call from their mobile to arrange us the taxi specially i dont remember his name one person from Nepal working as security in this hotel he was having his duty in the night when i travelled he helped me arranging the taxi at around 12:30 in the night.

changing the lift from first from to third floor for residences. every time we have to go to first floor and again go back side to to change the lift for 3rd floor lift for residence. please send me the hyatt membership card so that i can use for my future stays around the world.

location is excellent staff is very cooperative. I must say that “Rinki” at the front desk is an example of customer service and courtesy.

swimming Pool is terrible bedding is not good. pillows are terrible

We were happy and regular customers of Hayat but unfortunately on our last stay we were harassed by 3 receptionist named Ayman, Salah ane Rashid. Very unrespectful words we heard from them, welahi its very shameful for a big hotel to have workers who don't respect to visitors.

As a overseas traveler I try to pay with my debit card from uk the exchange rate what the hotel was offering was very low

It was super clean and the breakfast was devine.

Gave them all the local currency I had on arrival and promised to pay the entire bill once I had a chance to go to a bureau. But the very next morning, my key cards were disabled. My stay was for 10 days. This was a bit aggressive and embarrassing for my sons to witness.

Because it's near to the airport.
