Maladee Rendezvous Hotel Chiang Mai

There are hotels that are simply beautiful, and that is why you choose them. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, and it was an especially important decision for us because this stay was part of our honeymoon. However, we never imagined just how much attention to detail this hotel would have. The ratings could not be more accurate — and honestly, this is one of those hotels that deserves to go beyond the highest possible rating. The service is truly on another level. The way the staff takes care of you and constantly pays attention to the smallest details is something we have rarely experienced. They have a pillow menu so you can choose the one you prefer, prepare your bed for the night, leave drinks for you during the day and evening, and even leave handwritten notes. These small gestures show just how much they genuinely care about their guests. Our room was absolutely impeccable, and the facilities are incredible. Considering everything we received for the price we paid, I honestly felt like we were getting far more than we could have expected — almost as if we were the ones who owed them something. I would especially like to thank the person who took care of our room, D43. Your messages and the beautiful decorations you prepared for us made my wife and me incredibly happy and made our honeymoon even more special. Thank you for putting so much care and thought into what you did. I would also like to thank the person at reception who came outside to make sure our Grab was taken care of while it was raining. That kind of attention and kindness says everything about the level of service at this hotel. To everyone at the hotel: thank you. You made our stay truly unforgettable. We hope to come back someday and have the opportunity to enjoy this incredible hotel once again.

Great staff, food and everything

it was gorgeous, clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very kind.

it is a hard 3PM check in. i asked if they had any rooms available and i was even willing to pay to check in early as i just came off of a 30 hour flight and they were basically telling me to just sit in the lobby until 3PM which at a 5 star hotel is less than ideal. there also were no showers open to all hotel guests which is the entire reason i booked this hotel. i was doing a day tour the next day that was in the jungle and i knew i would want to shower and never in my life have i stayed at a 5 star hotel that didnt have a shower open to everyone. i paid almost 9,000 baht for one night here and they wanted me to pay more to use to upstairs room to take a shower which is open to suite guests only. i am 24 and a solo traveler, i did not need to book a suite nor should i have to at a hotel of this level. the location also isn’t the best and they offer shuttles to the night shows but its one way.
