Location was amazing, so close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and check-in was swift. The rooms was very clean, bathroom was spacious, laundry services was easy to use as well. Overall, we loved this hotel and would stay here again if we were ever back in the future :)

* Amazing breakfast: lots of variety, and omelettes are made upon request with ingredients that you can choose.
* Very clean and modern room.
* A minibar with a great selection of drinks that is refilled daily.
* The room is a bit small, but it is fine for one visitor.
* The location is slightly away from the main tourist areas. It seems that most of the tourist activity is concentrated around Myeong-Dong, which is about a 30-minute subway ride away. However, the nearest subway station is only a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

I needed an invoice from the hotel and I was met with a refusal to submit the price of the room, I understand this might be a choice due to the booking via this Chanel but the inflexibility is something I’ve never encountered in my life before

"Hotel selezionato per la posizione centrale in Gangnam. Camere non spaziosissime ma pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Attrezzata anche la piccola palestra. Colazione molto varia ed abbondante"
