No breakfast provided as complimentary. Before confirming the booking, I talked to to Treebo representative and he assured that Breakfast is complimentary (Please check voice recording on25/26th February, 2023). Since we were having three families occupied three rooms, it was a cheating from Booking.com/Treebo to backtrack from the assurance given by them. I again have a talk with Treebo higher level person and he vehemently denied that such a person named Ajay is not available with their Team. I never expect such unruly behavior from a company like Booking.com/Treebo. I have lot more to write but if someone directly call me from Booking.com (not a call centre person) I can defenitely tell the way behaved to me. Finally, I have paid the entire breakfast amount of (6 persons for two days) to the Hotel.

The attitude of Booking.com/Treeebo representative behaving with customers by offering false compliments.

It was a great stay with Sidharth Elite, staff was quite friendly and helpful. Must go without second thoughts value for money.

The bed was not that much comfortable as usual but quite okay.
