The location was amazing. You were so close to everything. You can just walk everywhere you don’t need to Uber besides the beach.

Staff were wonderful - some of the friendliest we've ever come across anywhere in the world. Location is excellent - a just 5 minute walk from the Valetta ferry. Hotel was clean. Beach bar was good, although you need to get there early to guarantee a bed with shade so we needed to wake up early every day as a result.

The walls are paper thin - this ruined our sleep which ultimately would stop us staying here again. We were able to hear everything next door - every toilet flush, every step, if they moved on their bed then the wall shook and so did our bed. Also, despite being at the end of the corridor we were also woken multiple times per night by noise from the corridor as it just echoed. We've never known this in a hotel before. The roof top pool is pretty useless. At 80cm depth, it's not actually a swimming pool and the booking system makes it a real pain to actually get a slot in. Breakfast was okay but needed more variation. It's basic, low quality stuff that's identical every day so after a few days we were pretty bored of it.
