I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay amazing.
A major highlight is the private beach and the diving dock, which even comes with an on-site instructor for anyone wanting to explore the water. It is also incredibly convenient having fresh food prepared right at the property, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. Overal, a perfect getaway!

Location is amazing. In front of Sevan lake. When You open the door in the morning, the beautiful lake view is breathtaking.
The manager was very easy to communicate. Would love to come here again for longer stay.
Everything was as in the description. It is modest housing, but fits all basic needs. the focus is on location.

Lovely location by Lake Sevan. Particularly enjoyed relaxing and swimming at the private beach. The owners organised taxis for me to explore other areas around the lake. Nice that breakfast was included. Good value private sauna hire. I didn't try other water activities but they looked very worthwhile!
I was in the basic (cheapest) room which was good value overall, but it felt slightly scuffed and it would've been nice to be provided with a towel. I also had to use shared bathroom facilities which was fine but there was no soap at the sink and the toilet roll ran out. Slightly odd atmosphere at times but that might just be because it was a quiet time when I was there.
