Beautiful house with a great view! This was the perfect house for family vaca! We had 8 adults and 8 children (6months-7). We definitely plan on coming back!

The house was lovely and the location was perfect. It was a group of us staying to hike Pikes Peak and it was the perfect place to stay. We all loved it. We would definitely go back.

Amazing clean home good beds.
Amanda is very nice and fast to act on calls.
The home was not so close to downtown but is in a neighborhood definitely not secluded like the photo shows.
If you want to watch TV be sure to bring your passwords for the smart TV's.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for a better place to gather and be together for a few days! The spaciousness and comfort of the house was perfect. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the near future! Thanks so much for a wonderful trip to the Springs!

Our family of 14 from 3 states met in Colorado for a family vacation. This house was perfect. It was large enough to accommodate all of us. It is beautiful. It has a great master suite, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen with 2 refrigerators, and large dining table. It has a big back yard for the kids to play in and the hottub was great. There were even games for the kids and a booster seat. Our favorite spot was the covered patio with the fire pit and beautiful view of the mountains. We loved sitting on the patio every moring and watching the deer and every evening around the fire pit It was conveniently located near Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds. Seven Falls, and other area attractions. The host was wonderful to work with and quickly responded. We would highly recommend this beautiful and very clean house. We hope to come again.

Beautiful house! The beds were super comfortable! Enjoyed the hot tub and the patio area. We used the grill for dinner and we roasted marshmallows for s’mores in the fire pit! Played games at the long dining room table! The house is perfect for a large group! Lots of outdoor space for kids to play! We loved staying there!

Our family of three generations enjoyed our stay here and the property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and organized. The large open living room/kitchen served all 13 of us well; and the location was great for us to take short drives to the areas many venues. The Hot Tub at the end of the day sure helped ease away the day’s woes. The second refrigerator found in the laundry room was a good addition and we even found a full-size freezer in the garage to keep our bags of ice frozen. Be sure to raise the blinds in the dining room to get a full view of Pike’s Peak. The large back yard gave us plenty of room to play catch and the three-car garage is huge. Overall, very well priced for all of the amenities and it did not disappoint.

Our 3 generation family of 14 had a fabulous vacation at an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of room, excellent views of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountains, well equipped with all amenities, patio, hot tub, etc. comfortable for our 4-72 age group. Close to all that is available in the region such as Seven Falls, Broadmoor, Pikes Peak, Garden of Gods, and Flying W Ranch. We had the perfect vacation and we all enjoyed it very much. It was nice to come back”home”at the end of every day for a cocktail and whole family dinner, thank you Amanda.

The property was very nice, house was just as advertized , 22 of us stayed and hsd a great time there ,close to many activities. Only wish that the hottub had some foam removal that we could have added after a few days

We had a fabulous time and absolutely loved the house! It was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kids loved playing in the yard while the adults relaxed on the back porch enjoying the fire pit and beautiful view. We were very pleased with both the house and the host.

We arrived in May for our two daughters' graduation from Charis Bible College during a freak heavy snowstorm! We were bringing 13 people in a caravan from Texas, driving the thirteen hours in one day. The 24 pass had been closed earlier in the day and our girls were keeping us posted. We finally made it in, but the driveway was completely buried with no way to tell where it started or ended. After contacting Amanda, she promptly expedited the already scheduled snow plow service to clear it for us. She came up the mountain herself to help shovel the driveway for our impending party's arrival! She absolutely went above and beyond, and we insisted she return home as our boys were perfectly capable of clearing a path. The service did arrive, and we were so very grateful for the beautiful and lavish accommodations with an inviting fire, hot stove, and comfortable beds. The weather cleared for a beautiful weekend celebrating our daughters' accomplishment with grandparents, nephews, and 10 siblings who have made me promise we'll return to this very house. This house is party central!!

This is a spacious, luxurious, beautiful home. It is very well equipped and very tastefully appointed. The views of Pilkes Peak are gorgeous. The communication of the owner/manager is immediate and responsive. It is everything you look for in a vacation rental.

We loved this house, it had everything you need for a large group. The window views were in all the rooms. We enjoyed the house patio! The kids loved having their own beds downstairs and a little art table! When coming back we will definitely be staying at this home!

We really enjoyed staying at this home for our extended Labor Day weekend. The drive to Colorado Springs and other attractions was easy. This home was clean and had plenty of space for our 8 adults and one toddler. My only complaint (which is minor) is that this rental didn’t have the kitchen basics we’ve had elsewhere, like spices, flour, sugar, etc. Luckily there is a supermarket within walking distance, as well as a tiny but delicious Mexican restaurant.
We would absolutely stay here again!

Luxurious property with homey vibes, beautiful and functional! We sent or entire stay at awe with our home away from home! It made our family reunion so special. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property or the host. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much Caroline!

Wonderful home and great location!
This property was perfect for our family vacation! The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and there was plenty of room for our group of 13. The owner is responsive and I would highly recommend this property. It is also a great location and close to all activities in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.
