Luxe Lankaran Hotel

Really nice people to help with every wish. Great room with water kettle and tea, airco. There was an ash tray in the room but luckily it didnt smell like smoke. Comfortable bed and good shower. In the city center with 24/7 supermarket around the corner

Nothing in the hotel but the ‘beach’ is terrible.

The hotel turned out to be a very good choice. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, with shops, a local bazaar, restaurants and bakeries all within easy reach. It is also very well connected. Beluga Beach is just a short taxi ride away, and the fare is only around 2–3 manat, so getting around was very easy and inexpensive. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always happy to assist us. We would especially like to mention Mahaddin and Briliant, who were exceptionally kind and helpful. The other receptionists were also always smiling, polite, disciplined and willing to help. Sometimes communication in English was a little difficult, but luckily a translator was always at hand, so we managed perfectly well. The whole hotel staff were very caring and welcoming. Even the cleaning ladies greeted us warmly every day, which made us feel really welcome. The gentleman serving breakfast was also very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty, with hard-boiled eggs, sausages, honey, jams, different kinds of cheese, fried eggs or an omelette. And the tea was delicious — it was even refilled several times! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location, friendly staff and great value for money.

Occasionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the plumbing, although the cleaning ladies did their best to deal with it. We also missed having coffee in a more European style, but the delicious tea more than made up for it! The fridge in our room was not working properly, but this was not a major problem for us and we managed without it. These were only minor inconveniences and did not spoil our overall experience. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff.

nice location, it has entertainment floor. there is Movie but played in Azerbaijan, not English, massage. is nice. An Indonesian Masseuse, gave us a Bali Massage for couple massage, on the Second floor there 3 private room i guest you can rent if you want your comapny together, otherwise its separate male/female baths there is a room a relaxing room which is nice. the only thing they could have done better is when entering the Thermal bath it has its own door, (the thermal bath is not hot enough! and no temperature gauge like most onsen bath in Japan,) then move to the Hamam another door, (nice clean marble where they scrub you, looks new) the steam room (does not have enough steam) is shared with Sauna and shower room, you could have one corridor for all for the water, and open/closing door. you keep grabbing your robe and towel to move on to different door, the pool is good size with mountain view, tthey could have put a bubbles or jet in one of the area, the area is shared. male female and theres kiddie pool nice food choice for breakfast. I did not go to the "Medical spa" can review on that! room is nice, spacious with a mountain view
