Very large for the price

The front entrance is very poor it could definitely use a paint job and better lighting! The balcony was dirty there was no view whatsoever looking directly onto a dirty dust bowl of a courtyard . I am bald and there were long hairs throughout the bathroom kind of gross . and in the creases of my arm I acquired a rash don’t know if it was from that place but has never happened to me before probably contributed to putting my hands on the dirty balcony.

Apartment is located on the backside of the building, therefore shielded from all street noise. Kitchen is very well equipped, even a washing machine for clothes was standing there (didn't try it). Internet connection was stable and fast enough.

The occupants of the apartment above were noisy during one of the nights. (Kallithea breeze is an apartment in a multifloor building with permanent residents.) Also, the company that collects the money for common expenses called "koinoxrista" in Greek (like cleaning and electric supply for the common areas and the elevator) is not informed that this apartment is not occupied by regular permanent residents. This led to an amusing conversation with the person asking for the money for last months bill.

It was the most clean apartment that i have ever seen! It's just like the photos. Nothing is missing. Very polite the lady that i spoke. In a very good location.
