upon check-in, the hotel told us to pay an additional 30 euros for the cleaning service, which was not indicated either on the stage of searching for a hotel or when we booked a hotel in the booking.com application. See the photos. It is not transparent from pricing point of view. When we went up to the room, we had to make our own bed, because we were simply given a bag containing new linen. I believe that if the additional cost of the cleaning service is taken into account, then at least it would be possible to make the beds. As a result, tired and having paid an additional unspecified 30 euros when searching for a hotel, we had to make our beds. Unfortunately, it was not possible to cover one sheet completely, because it was almost twice the size of the sheet itself. I think that we were cheated for 30 euros. Booking.com support did not resolve the issue, however, after check out, they changed the price in the application by exceeding 30 euros, in the photo! It is unacceptable to change the price after ordering! Very disappointed with the service as a long time customer.
