Nice apartment that was close to the historic part of La Orotava, but far enough away that it wasn't busy and we could find parking outside the building. Check-in was automated by a code and offered flexibility with arrival time. Wifi worked well and there was a large desk in one of the rooms for working. Large flat screen TV in the living room and lots of books in the apartment about Spain. The apartment seems managed by a property manager and they were responsive with things like door codes, check-in procedures, etc. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay except for the washing machine, and would stay there again.

The washing machine did not work for our entire multi-week stay, and the property managers did not offer a solution. They said they would have to contact the owner and never resolved the issue. Although the property managers were helpful with logistics, they did not seem capable of handling a repair. This was the only issue with our stay.

Ubicación del piso

Lo mejor, la ubicación. Luego, es muy fácil estacionar el vehículo. El apartamento reúne todas las comodidades de una vivienda convencional. Totalmente recomendable!!!

Quizá el colchón de la cama de la habitación principal. Es muy duro para nuestro gusto.

Free parking was great

It was not very personal and when we had a power outage including no wife and no fridge customer service was lacking and we only got help after 7ish hours. The location is ok but not really walkable. We wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children.
