Questo appartamento per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi dal porticciolo, dalla baia e da molte altre località interessanti. Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Mettiti alla guida quando vuoi: bastano 17 minuti per arrivare a Downeast Scenic Railroad o 5 per raggiungere Tidal Falls.

Riposati nel giardino (apprezzane in particolare l'arredamento da esterni) o sulla terrazza privata e approfitta al massimo di questo appartamento. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Oltre a 5 camere e 4 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un'accogliente sala da pranzo, un'area barbecue, un caminetto e l'aria condizionata. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e carta igienica sono tra le dotazioni di questa casa vacanza. Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, una pentola per cucinare le aragoste e un microonde. We really enjoyed this very unique place. The space was nice and large for big Families. It was clean and comfortable, and the views were stunning. As others have said, it is very noisy from the street traffic, but it didn't bother us too much with ear plugs. Communication was poor. We had a wedding event to attend the first night and asked twice, a week in advance for a little earlier check in time but never received an answer. The downstairs apartment smelt musty, but we got used to that. Also, there were no closets or even hooks anywhere to hang clothes or even a hand town in the bathroom. We had wedding clothes to hang but only had chairs to put them on. This could easily be fixed with over-the-door hangers or command hooks on the back of the doors. Also, a bedside lamp would be nice! Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

The view from the house is beautiful as are the tidal falls just across the bay. We had all of the beauty and benefits of ocean front property at an affordable price. The property is unique in that it’s a former bar/restaurant, so that added an element of interest, but also a great eating set up for a group with 8 kids as we had. If there were any downsides to it, it would be the noise from the nearby highway in the mornings. There are some noise machines provided, but I would recommend either earplugs or more noise machines if this would be an issue for you. Also, this is about 40 minutes from most attractions in Acadia, so if your main purpose is to visit the park, just plan for driving every day. This property was perfect for a trip with friends as we had one apartment and they had the other. We loved our time in Maine!
