Great value for money. Decent size room. Daily cleaning, environmental friendly. High tech lightning switches.

Air Conditioning: You cannot set the temperature. It is either on maximum cooling or completely off. This required constantly switching it on and off during the day and caused uncomfortable nights, forcing a choice between a freezing room and a hot one. Privacy & Soundproofing: Rooms are connected by a locked door with poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear neighbouring guests talking and laughing (and vice-versa), though fortunately, they were quiet at night. Bathroom: The shower floor slopes away from the drain. Every shower left me standing in a puddle that could not drain. Pool: The rooftop pool is small. Space is wasted on in-pool loungers that were mostly empty; making the actual swimming area longer would be a better use of the space.

It was fair the employees were friendly,most importantly the manager who works night shift, he refunds the security deposit & Answers qtns in an appropriate manner, Glory to him!

They gave me a room facing hotel lobby which wasn't my choice, my preference was among 107 on that columns.

The staff were very helpful, friendly.

When I checked into the room, I noticed several visible brown/yellowish spots and stains on the bed sheet. This was disappointing and made me question whether the bed linen had been properly checked and changed before my arrival. I immediately contacted reception and requested to be moved to another room. It took approximately 25 minutes for the room change to be arranged, which was inconvenient, especially immediately after checking in. I believe the room should have been inspected and the bed linen replaced before the room was given to a guest.
