The house was amazing ! The kids enjoyed every second of the pool , I enjoyed waking up to the most amazing view every single day ! The house had everything that was needed for us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property overall was good. Location was tough to get to. High up the mountain. Again, property was good property management company wasn’t great. The property management company upon arrival wants the tenant to do their job. They want the tenant to do their job check the pool, check the hot tub, inspect for damage and send photos within two hours. That sounds like the property management duties not paying customers. Lastly, we left a day early as the internet went out the last night. They came the next morning to fix it but it was a Planned outage that was never communicated and we missed the nba finals. Again, just lack of the property management company doing what they are paid to do manage the property and communicate to the customers honestly. I did ask for compensation for leaving early due to the internet outage but of course as expected they did not accommodate. I will go back to the Tennessee and Pidgeon forge but not through Bear Tracts
