Property manager was very helpful with anything we needed

Really enjoyed time at this place, nice and quiet cabin with a good view, ample space for large or multiple families. Loved grilling outside on the wrapped around deck and cooking in a very functional kitchen for my family and guests.

the house is very nice lots of room for dinning and cooking living rooms up and down bathrooms up and down with a nice walk out deck on upper level and hot tub on lower level would stay there again super nice manager and location thanks for everything

Home was unfinished and lacking things that were advertised. Driveway was unfinished and very steep. Three car garage, but could only use 2 stalls as building supplies were in other stall. We didn't get any welcome package until too late. No keys to unlock the doors if we left the property. Had to clean refrigerator and no space was provided for groceries. Had to hang the large mirror in the bath as was left unsafe sitting on edge of counter. No foosball table as advertised. Didn't t have wifi password until after we got to the vrbo, and didn't have very good reception, so couldn't communicate. When we finally got wifi was very weak. Plastic was still on some smoke detectors, so don't know if they would have been able to detect smoke. Found dirt and mice droppings in some of the dresser drawers. Professional cleaning was not done before we came into the home. I believe this was first time vrbo owner and first time manager. I requested cleaning fee and 1 nights stay to be refunded, but was only refunded 1 nights stay. We actually should have been refunded 50% of what we paid for all the time loss on communicating and rediscovering how to run things with no instructions. Also lost another day on cleaning everthing. Wished we would have been notified ahead of time that the home was incomplete and we would have looked for other accommodations.
