Great home. My wife and I have family nearby and their home is being remodeled. Also new baby soon to arrive so this home worked out perfect

Took the family to East Tennessee then Nashville area on a week’s vacation ending with NASCAR at Nashville Superspeedway. Perfect location, great area and the house supported out family of 5 easily. Comfortable beds, beautiful yard with covered patio and enough bathrooms for a dad and his wife and 3 daughters. I was looking to get a hotel and just too hard with basically 5 adults in a cramped hotel room so found this home for just a little more money. I definitely recommend. Whole family wanted to live there. Lol

House was very clean and perfect for our large family! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Tennessee.

We were there to attend my nephew's wedding in the Lebanon area. I was hosting my entire family (ten people in all) for this event, so I needed a fairly large home to accommodate everyone. It looked great, spacious, with enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. A couple of weeks before our arrival I contacted the owner and explained to him that I had a two-day drive ahead of me. It was going to be a very hectic. I had to make two separate trips to the airport as well as coordinate the arrival of my daughter and her family who were also driving in. I requested that I be allowed to check-in a couple of hours early in order to unload my vehicle and prepare for the other arrivals. I was told it would be forthcoming but closer to the arrival date. I did get the information a couple of days prior. Upon our arrival, I tried using the door lock code that the owner sent me through the VRBO App. It did not work. I tried getting in touch with the owner but was unsuccessful. This was very frustrating. I had planned to unload the food, beverages, luggage and other supplies from my car in order to make room for the family members who were arriving at the airport. I was running out of time. Instead, I had to drive 6 miles to my niece's rental house, unload my car, drive to the airport, pick up my son, his date and their luggage and then drive them back to our rental house. I tried the code again. This time it did work. I then drove back to my niece's house, picked up my property and then headed back to our rental. This whole process sounds very convoluted, BECAUSE IT WAS. If the owner would have made sure that the code worked the first time, all of this back-and-forth driving would have been avoided. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed, tired, frustrated AND angry. The rest of the stay was uneventful. Now as far as the property is concerned. It was new, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the bare essentials but lacked items such as larger pots and pans, measuring cups for liquids, metal mixing bowls and a pancake griddle. A full -length mirror would have been very useful for the women since we were there to attend a wedding. The glass shower door in the Master bedroom is not adjusted properly. The very top of the door hits the stationary glass frame and could eventually chip or crack. The property is a bit remote and fairly far from any shopping areas. The neighbor's dogs on either side of the property do bark quite a bit.

This home is beautiful and comfortable!! It was perfect for our group of seven. Great communication with the owner. Also, we saw two beautiful buck deer in the front yard. Great place to stay away from busy downtown Nashvile.

Plenty of space for the whole family in this new home. We had access to the garage which most rentals do not offer. Great communication with the property manager. We’d stay here again!
