Great stay place was great the pool could have been alittle dirty but overall we had a great time

The bad: The place is ok. I'd say somewhat overpriced. Very dated. Pretty much all features are old, still work but old. The worse part was the sleeper sofa. The "mattress" is so thin you can feel all the springs. We couldn't use it the first night, we got more bedding from the management, which it helped some but not fully, but that thing NEEDS to be thrown out because it cannot count the place for 8 people! We found two roaches while using the place. The front wooden stairs that take you up to the front door are kinda lose and chipping away. Our fast chargers could not work on their dated outlets. The dumpster is right out front so we got woken up when it came at 6:30am to take the trash. The carpet needs a deep cleaned or to just be replaced. The maintenance came twice (outlet and wifi issue), but only after the second visit I actually got a text telling me if the problem was resolved or not. For the first visit, nobody got back to me.And to top it off, the wifi box died two days before our departure so we didn't have internet for the last part of our trip. The good: We had enough utensils, and cookware. It's a pretty spacious apartment. Good view. Very quite area. And close to many retailers and restaurants. It was nice being able to fish just right outside. The beds were comfortable and clean. Enough pillows, bedding and toilet paper. The management line customer service was professional and friendly.
