The location is outstanding and views are fantastic

I liked everything. Maybe needs a little bit of care in places, but that’s being picky

Las vista ubicación . Apartamento grande la zona es muy bonito muy transitada de gente y muy fiesteros .

No tiene aire acondicionado en comedor y le falta un poco mas de limpieza estaba muy pésima . Y los ustensiles de cocina muy justos para 8 pax . Los sillones de comedor deberian cambiarse porque estan muy sucios .

It needs some maintenance work, new sofa bed a more thorough clean, including washing sofa throws and drying up cloths

There are nightclubs on the street that I read about in previous reviews and thought we could cope with some music, it was unbearable on Friday/Saturday/Sunday so we could not. If you want to sleep between 12-5am do not consider this apartment. The property needs maintaining and updating. Received 2 bunches of keys that were confusing, poor light on the corridor made it difficult to open the door. We went out the back steps to access the beach and none of the keys/fobs worked on the gate or the door to get back into the building so we had to climb over the metal gates to the beach. There was a leak in the kitchen on the morning of our last day, as if a tap had been switched on, luckily my partner was in and could switch off the water. It was coming from the washer connection (we hadn’t used the washer) . We called the office number waited two hours then decided to walk to the office to speak directly with the management company who said they would get someone out at 6.30pm. The dishwasher did not work, error code about water blockage when I looked it up. We realised this when it was full so had to empty and wash the dishes. Kettle leaks, these problems were reported. Access is on a short incline that was ok for my elderly mother but the key/lighting issue meant it was difficult for her to be independent. I contacted the company several times to see if we could get an early check in, please be aware it’s booking.com not the company who reply to messages on the site, they provide info that is already available (confusing opening office times and key information) . I think I was lucky to catch the company before they shut on Saturday lunch time to get the keys. This is the second time I’ve used booking.com the first time we were in a hotel and they were knocking out the room next to us for refurbishment. In my experience the accommodation/hotel do not care if it’s booking.com booking, in my experience you get the worst accommodation.
