First of all, the hotel's location is perfect it is near to all facilities like (restaurants, pharmacies, money exchanges, coffee shops and very good for the shopping)
I want to specially thank Mr. Emad, he was very helpful and always smiling to the customers, he is so kind.
specially thanks to all hotels staff and the restaurant's staff, they are very kind and respected the customers.
The room service is perfect; the room was always clean even the breakfast was very good.
From my side, nothing to add regarding the bad things about the hotel

The first i stayed was okay.
I made a mistake in online payment by paying for a small room in renewal after 6 days and I asked for opportunity to chnage to smaller room to my initial room but was rushed out of my room to the one I mistakenly paid for even when I requested to be allowed to add money to stay in my room. Was not happy with that.
