Stanza molto grande , con tutti i comfort .
Il pavimento in legno scricchiola . Il materasso non è comodissimo.

Perfect location right on the Jesuit Stairs. Close to everything and minimal steps compared to some properties.
No views but we weren’t in the room much.
Keys not labeled between entrance key and room key.

The location and the host were absolutely perfect! We had a great time watching everyone from our window enjoying the epicenter of Dubrovnik. There was plenty of hot water with great pressure and the air conditioning worked well. The host was very helpful with arranging taxis and communicating quickly.
The fact is that there are some maintenace issues that need some work such as badly peeling paint in the room on the 1st floor, mold, stained caulking around the bathtub, lighting that didn’t work, poorly hung curtains that didn’t cover the entire window (1 panel versus 2 curtain panels per window are needed). It’s time for the owner to put some money back into the property.
