Beautifully presented and well maintained. Parking was a bonus.
Rather complicated and hard to read instructions which made everything seem harder than it really was.

The location of the apartment is excellent, easy walking distance in to York. Lift to the apartment which is on the 3rd floor, very spacious and comfy beds.
We got free parking which was a bonus, but I believe they are now charging for this. Secure entry and exit system.
Overall a great stay.
Sofa in living room not very clean, it had crumbs on it, as did some of the dining chairs. Some of the cups in the cupboard weren't clean.
Could do with a couple of coffee/side table to put drinks on when sitting on the sofa.
No bag in the waste bin in the kitchen.
