Well fitted out and modern. Tea and coffee available. Nice and clean.
Mentions 'family run' but we were sent a code to get in and recover our room key. So we didn't meet anyone then or when we left, as there were instructions about leaving the key. Maybe they're shy? Room was 2 floors up, no lift in such an old house, but no assistance with bags. Sea view was also overlooking the ferry port and the railway, and with ferries starting some time about 5.00am, and a noisy manhole cover outside, we couldn't sleep with the window open. p.s. the toilet roll holder appears to have been installed upside down so the roll will not stay on. I would have mentioned, had I seen someone.

Nice room with harbour view. Parking was easy, just around the corner. The room was a bit small, and there was no reception or breakfast available. But for one night is was ok.
No breakfast facilities

Room was clean and tidy.
Room was very small, no wardrobe and not alot of floor space. No curtains on the window, only a blind which did not keep the light out. Location is too close to ferry terminal and you can hear the generators all night, so you cant open window for fresh air. Also there is a loose manhole cover right outside which evry car hits so not great for a good nights sleep. Think its a bit over priced as no breakfast included so would not stay here again.

"Camera super accogliente e confortevole, bagno con doccia grande e molto comodo, posizione perfetta per il centro città ma anche per girare in auto avendo vari parcheggi vicini. Davvero bellissimo!"
