Perfect, we had a very early start so croissants butter and jam, tea & coffee provided were just right
Just being picky now as everything was great, loved the paintings on the wall, maybe the lounge and tv area could be made even more cosy with lighting, textiles and wall colour but it was fine as is.

very convenient for the M20 and Eurotunnel - fine for a night stay after an exhausting drive through France - no frills but basics very good

Our second stay here - really convenient for Channel Tunnel. Beautiful countryside surrounding property. Loads of space in huge garden for the log. Mark and Julia are very friendly and helpful owners.
Perfect for one night. Our party of including 2 adult kids and dog would probably want a bit more space a longer stay.
