I like how it is very close to Ximen walking district. You just have to go out of the building and every thing is within walking distance. The room itself is very big, with a big tub at the bathroom.
The reception area could be improved. Guests are left wondering who to ask or how the check in process should go. We kept lurking around for a staff to ask and nobody is there. You have to call their whatsapp number for someone to come out and entertain your queries. I think having a working reception area would greatly improve the experience!

Room was big
Payment taken not asked which currency to use on card. The receipt showed i should of been asked. This cost me a bank fee and much worse exchange rate.
