Quiet, family oriented, beautiful docks, clean property. Swimming pools were great. Furniture is newer, plenty of kitchenware, plenty of towels and wash cloths, great view. AC worked great, washer and dryer done their jobs. Beds slept great. Balcony was nice. Quiet at bedtime.
Floors weren’t very clean, babies feet and knees were black after an hour of crawling around, a peanut found in bedroom floor and trash under sofa, had an older home odor. No elevator. Shoes, cup and old used bar of soap outside door when we arrived.

The location was great, easy check in and check out access, the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious.
Just the stairs wish it had an elevator or ramp to make it easier for older people and carrying your luggage

Loved that it was away from the chaos of spring breakers

I liked the location and the view
The shower wasn't clean (beer top left in there), one of the beds had what looked to be blood stains on it, there were previous visitors belongings left on one of the beds, washer full of sand, dirty dishes.
