Great property very clean and had all the accommodations you would need. Very close to shops restaurants, etc. Quite neighbors as well. Overall very satisfied

Enjoyed our stay. House layout was great for 8 guests. Outdoor furniture needs repair/replacement. Outdoor fridge did not work. Great neighborhood. Close to everything and quiet.Would rent again, but limited kitchen supplies. Walmart is close by.

The check in process was very smooth and easy. The house was very clean. We had to cut our trip short because of an unrelated conflict, so we didn’t get experience the backyard. The internet did not work during our stay. Management company was very responsive but didn’t get it resolved during my stay. The furniture, fixtures, and bedrooms seemed more dated than they appeared in the pictures. Great location, quiet neighborhood, which was important to us.

The house was clean, orderly and spacious, but had several major problems. Freezer was leaking and ice maker was broken. ( we had to buy ice). Several dining chairs were broken and needed repair. There were no pool towels, and no blankets for the pull out beds. The rollaway bed was a twin size (in corner of the garage). Both propane tanks for the fire pit and outdoor grill were empty ( we were told that it was our responsibility to get them filled). The outdoor string lights were broken so at night the yard was very dark. Outdoor appliances did not work. We were not able to contact anyone from the property management company by telephone, only send chats to discuss these issues. This made it much more difficult to navigate. I hope these problems are attended to, because this is a beautiful property!
