We had a relatively spacious room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, decent size bathroom and a big shower with plenty of hot water. The room was lovely; refurbished but with beautiful exposed stone to give it real character. The room is accessible by spiral staircase or lift and is in an excellent location - an easy direct walk along a pedestrianised street (but look out for the road crossings) from the main railway station and right on the edge of the old town. The roof terrace is a lovely feature. Pierluigi's access instructions were very clear and timely, and he was very helpful.
Nothing really; the only tiny whinges are that the clothes rails are very high - too high for anyone under 1.8m or so tall, and the lift is quite slow. The fact that these are the only "criticisms" we have, and they didn't spoil our enjoyment of the room, just goes to show how much we liked the room.

Good location , clean and cool room given summer heat. Excellent check in system meaning no need to carry keys.
No fridge inside our room and having a fridge on top floor not convenient. Even though the room had insulated windows, early morning noise was constant during our stay.

Great location, easy to find and very central for everything in the old town area.
A bar fridge in the room would have been nice.

Great location. Bed was nice. View was ok, pics included.
Had trouble getting in. No host around and we were not provided entrance codes until we stood in the street awhile and provided passport photos via what’s app to host. Smallest spiral staircase I have ever encountered. Small room. A/c didn’t work till the host came by and fiddled with the controls. No complementary water or anything else. The mini fridge (with nothing in it), coffee maker was up 2 floors.
