Restored historic house surrounded by lemon trees near downtown
Antica limonaia finemente ristrutturata, ubicata nella prima campagna di Lucca a circa 1 km dalle mura. Al piano terreno grande salone (90mq) con camino, moderna cucina attrezzata con ampie vetrate sul giardino, dispensa, zona lavanderia, bagno di servizio,scarpiera, camera padronale con bagno ensuite e tv da 65 pollici. Al 1°piano, 2 camere matrimoniali serviti da un bagno ed ulteriore camera matrimoniale con bagno ensuite. All'esterno 600 mq di giardino con zona pranzo, barbecue e salotto. La casa è completa di tutti i confort (aria condizionata, zanzariere, asciugatrice..) ed ogni dotazione, dalle lenzuola di cotone percalle al servito di Villeroy&boch é stata studiata per dare il massimo confort ai nostri ospiti. Inoltre una Smart tv in ogni camera, un tappeto elastico di 4 mt ed un piccolo scivolo in giardino ed un biliardino in sala. Su richiesta lettino e seggiolone.
La tassa di soggiorno verrà richiesta al momento del check in. L'importo è €3,50 al giorno, per persona, per un massimo di 3 notti. I minori di 14 anni sono esentati dal pagamento

Beautiful house which we all enjoyed so much. We had a group of 6, 4 adults & two kids under 10. Fantastic location for exploring Tuscany. Host was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!

This house was absolutely perfect for accommodating our group of 7. It was a great location close to the city center of Lucca, but also tucked away on a quiet hillside. The close proximity of the train station made it easy to take day trips to Viareggio, Florence, Cinque Terre and Pisa. We loved walking down into the city during the day, and enjoying wine on the outdoor patio of the house at night. A hidden gem we discovered for breakfast was Pane e Marmellata, also walking distance to the house. Pro tip when you visit Lucca, try a cooking class through Cesarine. It was one of the best experiences we had. We also recommend the Tenuta Adamo winery, a quick drive from the lemon house!Dana was an excellent host and very responsive while we were there to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you need a centrally located area to call home while you explore Tuscany, we highly recommend the lemon house in Lucca!

This house was incredible and Dana was wonderful and very accommodating. The house was stocked with so many things that made our stay more comfortable. The decor was beautiful and the location was a little out of town and in a very peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.
