Washroom

I stayed at this hotel because I had a conference the following day (at the property). The staff that checked me in at the front desk were really helpful. They were confident, quick to respond, and patient with me. The staff at banquet provided me with excellent service the next day. When I arrived at the banquet in the morning, I was greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome by this hotel.

A lot of little things add up to the nicest hotel experience you've ever had. Never making you feel as if you're asking too much, and promptly and thoroughly dealing with issues. From the minute I came, they looked after me. It added to the pleasure and tranquilly of my encounter. You should also go to their rooftop restaurant. The food selection is excellent. The finest thing about them is their hospitality. This place has already made an impression on me. If I return to Bhopal, I will return here.

Nothing

I had stayed at this hotel several times and was always impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail. The staff is wonderful, and the accommodations are clean and pleasant. A lot of little things add up to the nicest hotel experience you've ever had. The nicest part is the hotel staff, who will treat you with genuine warmth. It is conveniently positioned near the Bhopal Airport, Railway Station, and other tourist attractions.
