Natural, simple, clean, relaxed family environment. Common areas are spacious. Overall polite.
My room was advertised as having a personal bathroom but it didn’t. It was shared. No correction was made when I showed them what my booking advertisement actually said. They said that it was the previous owner’s fault and offered me a more expensive option. Their children had to talk to me about this because of the language barrier.

We loved being able to sit on that huge covered patio when it was raining, and not having to sit in a hotel room. The garden is also so beautiful and very peaceful. It's also very quiet and close to the main beach.
The short road to the place is very bad and perhaps somehow they could smooth it out.

The Jungle House Kep is a rustic and open layout place, just 10 min. walk to the beach in a very relaxing and local village, nearby the national park. The place has bungalows in the garden and rooms in the main house, spacious and well furnished with a big comfortable bed and big windows. The hosts and family are very friendly and helpful and they keep a flexible check in which is very helpful for early arrivals.
The only thing I had a little problem with was the warm temperature in the room as the fan is very gentle and it doesn't put out cool air. And being with nature around you have to deal with lots of little insets in the air mostly at night.

The hosts were really friendly and helped give suggestions. Really cheap
Cheap for a reason. Pretty run down in both the room and shared bathroom. Both need really good cleans. Mosquito net had holes in it so we kept getting bitten in the night. Only one wall socket which was occupied by the fan at night, which didn’t do a lot, the room was sweltering. These were the main reasons we cut our trip short here
