Good communication with owner.
Brilliant location to explore and walk around the city.
Payable parking 5mins away. Approx €18 euros for 24hrs.
Modern rooms. It's one entrance with 2 separate rooms, one like an apartment with small kitchen and one like a studio. Suited us perfectly.
The entrance and staircase up to the apartment really let it down. Some apartments are clearly being done up. It was dirty and smelly and such a shame as once you are in the apartment it's nice with lovely views. I hope the common areas are updated and made nicer as this would help the owner massively.
Would have liked a shower rather than a hand held shower.
