Location, location, location! Easy, picturesque walk into the old part of town, Riva, Diocletian’s Palace, grocery store a half a block away. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and friendly residents in the building. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ana was very responsive and kind. I can’t recommend it enough. We were all very happy.
Not a thing!

Muy bien decorado, moderno y cercano a la ciudad. 15 minutos andando. Parking en la calle sin pago. Hay que encontrar sitio, eso sí. Pero esperando encuentras

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is truly unbeatable. It is just a short, easy walk to the local beaches and equally close to the Riva Harbor.
The host was also great. She was responsive, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions l had. If you are traveling to Split with a family and friends, this is the absolute perfect place to stay.
Highly recommended and would love to come back!

Great proximity to Diocletian’s Palace, beaches and Marjan Hill yet still quiet, felt away from the busy tourist areas. Nice partial view of the harbour/port. Very clean. Kitchen with basics appreciated. Staff accessible at all times.
Please leave instructions about how to use the TV and how to turn the hot water pump on and off.
