The home was excellent and worked out for our two week business efforts. We weee disappointed after booking of the up charge to heat the pool. Seems to be the standard with all bookings. The bigger bummer was we paid the premium to have a hot tub and even after filling it very night it emptied itself or was only half full. Unfortunately we worked from 8-8 almost every day and that kept us from talking to home owner who was out of the country. Lack of communication on our part. They likely would have fixed it or even offered a discount. Just word to wise if you are actually going for vacation it would be key.
Great emails and explanations otherwise they even offered us to extend it one day if needed. All good and would be a great spot for a family break!

We stayed five nights with four adults. House was immaculate and matched online photos exactly. Initially we had difficulty with the hot tub but the owner was very responsive to help us troubleshoot and get it going! Cannot wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped home on the canal.
There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
The pool heating was to a perfect temp for all and the hottub was nice as well for the chilly nights.
We highly recommend this house to other renters.
The neighborhood is very quiet and this home was close to shopping too!

This was our second trip to Palm Coast and our first at this property. The property was as advertised and our large family had a wonderful time. The beds were all very comfortable. Every room including the patio had large smart TV's so everyone could watch or play what they wanted. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. The dock, paddle board, and kayak were used frequently. Communication with the owner was easy and they were always very responsive. Highly recommended!

My whole family of eleven stayed three nights for my sons birthday and we stayed the remainder of the week just to relax and enjoy being away from work
It was very relaxing and my kids loved the pool we only used the hot tub a few nights but it was nice to relax in it was a very quite neighborhood

Even with the few issues I had with not getting door codes to get in and the hot tub malfunctioning, the owner was very responsive after I called and sent her a text. Her and her husband went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues and had a handyman there in just a few hours of notifying her. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was cleaned and maintained very well. The pool is heated and hot tub was great when it worked They had everything you could possibly need during your stay.

The property was exactly what we wanted and needed. The host was very easy to communicate with. Lots of space and having the garage to use was extremely helpful.

We enjoyed our two week stay in February. The large heated pool and hot tub were wonderful especially during cooler days. The home was clean, well equipped and in a nice location.

This home has plenty of beds for large family gathering. And the hot tub is an added plus!

This house was perfect for our needs. Kids loved swimming and the grown men loved to fish in the canal. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for meals and the living area is very relaxing. Great place to stay and we enjoyed our time.

We live in western nc mountains and our daughter lives in central Florida we meet every year to vacation together
This home was a perfect fit very roomy well appointed with everything we needed
The pool and house was super clean !
The beds slept great and we loved the couch very comfy
My husband cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed
My granddaughter turned 9 years old we had a luau themed swim event with cupcakes and had a blast
The hot tub was fun and clean

Everything was perfect easy to find close to everything and easy on and off 95 for the ride home

We had a great experience! It was great to have the pool, hot tub, and the waterway right there on the property. Our boys enjoyed fishing everyday from the private dock! The property is in a great location for privacy, yet close to shopping as well..
