Good Communication. Satisfied our needs. Only issue was an issue with the spa, which they said they would look into.

We picked this home for the number of bedrooms/baths and the photos. It did not disappoint !! The bedrooms are all spacious. 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths up, along with the game room and a great cinema room. The master bedroom and bath on first floor are spacious and spa like. There is also a half bath down. Comfortable beds throughout. Beautiful kitchen with massive island. TV's in living, kitchen and at least three bedrooms were appreciated. Dining table was great for playing games. The home is light and airy with an upscale feel. Only surprise was the size of parking area. One suburban in garage and two large vehicles on enclosed drive was very tight but doable. Overall, I would rent again!! There is also a great restaurant close by - Chante Mexican Grill. We also enjoyed Legoland and Aquarium, Grapevine downtown and the Christmas lights at Daystar. All within a ten minute drive.

The host was very professional. The house was great. We really enjoyed the theater room!

Overall our group was disappointed with this property. Although the house was clean and quite large, it was lacking in what we’ve come to expect with short term rental experiences. Because this property is managed my a large agency, the booking process felt cold and overly business-like. There were many laborious steps involved in finalizing the booking. Upon arrival our access code did not work, it took a good 20mins before we could get ahold of someone to help us get in. The house sleeps 20, but there is NOT enough parking for such a group. There are technically 4 spots, but it would take us 20 mins to safely get all cars in and out of the VERY tight driveway and alley each time we left. When we asked for help with offsite parking we didn’t get a response. The house was not well appointed. One 6in pan for cooking- that was it. Six forks. One towel was left out per guest. It was missing a wine opener, and the host did send one via Amazon that arrived the next day- so that was nice but we had already gone to purchase one. No pool towels. Most bathrooms did not have hand soap. Many lightbulbs missing throughout house. The media room was missing a remote and thus was not useable. They did sent out a repair tech, but he was not able to solve the issue, so the room was not useable. The pool needed a clean, but the pool net was torn so we could not clean it ourselves. Because it is managed from afar it doesn’t seem to be managed with the care of a smaller scale operation.
