This is a typical non-brand name city hotel. We've all stayed in them from time-to-time for an affordable night's sleep, knowing it won't offer much beyond that. It was clean enough and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good, assuming you have a need to stay in this area of Abu Dhabi (again, just on a busy city street; no real walkable attractions nearby). But for the price I paid, perfectly adequate.

As with most city hotels in this category, it's basic but serviceable. The rooftop pool is tiny; not sure who would bother going in. The fitness room is decent and staffed, but doesn't have long hours, so guests who like to work out early morning or late at night are out of luck. The room was, again, fine, but the age of the bed, the linens, the fixtures and the TV are all apparent. At this price point, you don't expect any better, but it could all clearly use a refresh. Most annoying was the nighttime noise: like other reviewers, I dealt with the bass emanating from a nightclub on some faraway floor, which was ridiculous; and even though my room was at the end of the hall, I could clearly still here the lift dinging - which was constant (not just dinging when a lift reached the floor, but seemed to ding whenever it moved!); if my room was by the lift lobby, I might have asked to be moved.
