Clear instructions on how to get keys. Lovely spacious property with great location to town. Hosts responded promptly to hot water issues and sent someone round to fix early the following day.
even better would be to confirm entrance at back of property and parking availability . There was a musty smell to the property but I popped to home bargains and brought some scented candles and carpet freshener and a cover for the sofa. Only 1 wine glass 🍷 brought another and baking tray was unusable so brought some disposable trays. Very basic facilities . No WiFi code provided and signal was poor so had to use my own.

This is a smart spacious apartment, clean, comfortable and very good value. With a well equipped kitchen you can save a lot of Money on going out and so it ends up being much better value than e.g. going to a budget hotel. The owners were very quick to respond to my messages, and were helpful. The shower was great.
Even though it’s only a short walk into town, it feels rather remote. The view from the windows is not very inspiring, looking out over the industrial estate. The bed was comfortable but (personal preference) I didn’t really like the brush nylon sheets. The welcome literature was a small stack of dog-eared A4 sheets which attempted to tell the potentially quite interesting history of the old school. It’s a good idea, but could have been much smarter to match the vibe of the rest of the apartment.

Over all loved the building and facilities. We were kept up to date with everything and the place was very clean and presentable. Very quiet and peaceful considering there were other guests as well
Was too hot on an evening and had no Aircon or fan. The blind weren't the easiest to use due to the pole hooks not parking properly but still had a great stay and would happily book again

Easy to find.Good to have parking.Comfortable bed.Sadly however a lot of negatives.
Facilities basic.Kitchen not well equipped.Poor quality utensils ,cutlery and crockery and not much of it.
No hot water on the second evening or morning of departure.
Location was very bleak.
